手动将Launcher 登录到 windows service上

1. Launcher 服务登录

   1. 运行cmd 管理者权限

   2. 将 cmd 移动到服务注册二进制文件夹

      路径: %localappdata%\Suresofttech\STATIC Launcher LITE\tools

   3. 运行InstallUtil.exe

      > InstallUtil.exe "%localappdata%\Suresofttech\STATIC Launcher LITE\LauncherServiceWrapper.exe"
      

2. 点击 windows - 服务 - static launcher 服务 - 运行

3. 在STATIC Launcher Shell中确认服务动作
